Digital Slide Scanners

3DHISTECH currently offers 4 members of the Pannoramic digital slide scanner family.

Pannoramic 250 Flash
  • Loads up to 250 slides at once
  • More than twice as fast scanning with improved image quality compared to the previous scanners. 15 x 15 mm scanned area in 2 minutes at 45x resolution!
  • Motorized objective and camera changer - you can have two high quality Zeiss Plan-Apochromat objectives in the scanner and also a camera for brightfield and one for fluorescence, achieving up to 43x or 86x resolution
  • Scientific CMOS camera
  • New illumination system, new monochrome camera and darkfield preview elevate fluorescent scanning to a new level. Like in other Pannoramic digital slide scanners, you can use up to 9 different filters, including multi band filters.
Pannoramic SCAN
  • Automatically digitize up to 150 slides in one run. It loads and unloads the slides, detects the sample on the slide, reads the barcode and scans the slide in constant high quality.
  • Optional Fluorescence scanning in 9 different fluorescent channels
  • Using Carl Zeiss objectives, achieving up to 43x or 86x resolution.
Pannoramic MIDI
  • Automatically digitize up to 12 slides in one run. Its innovative loading mechanism its loads and unloads the slides, detects the sample and digitizes it in perfect quality.
  • Optional Fluorescence scanning in 9 different fluorescent channels
  • Using Carl Zeiss objectives, achieving up to 43x or 86x resolution.
Pannoramic DESK
  • Digitize 1 slide at once in brightfield. The sample on the slide is detected and scanned automatically in constant high quality
  • Using Carl Zeiss objectives, achieving up to 43x or 86x resolution.

3DHISTECH offers manual and automated TMA block building tools.

TMA Grand Master
3DHISTECH proudly introduces the TMA Grand Master, the latest addition to the tissue microarray product portfolio. Based on the success of the TMA Master, this machine combines the advantages of its smaller brother with a breakthrough in capacity, speed and usability.

Capacity
The TMA Grand Master has 72 block capacity (12 recipient blocks and 60 donor blocks) which enables working with high throughput tissue microarray projects.

Speed
Loading, donor block and barcode imaging and punching happen simultaneously and the motors also move faster.

Versatility
The TMA Grand Master can work with 4 core sizes (0.6, 1, 1.5, 2 mm). You get drill bits and puncher heads in all of the sizes with the system.

Functionality
The control software lets you create your own TMA block maps. The donor block image is saved and barcode is read by the machine. You can also use digital slides for punching area designation.

Software
The TMA Grand Master saves every relevant data into an XLS database. This database is used by the TMA evaluation software.

TMA Master
The TMA Master is a computer controlled machine for creating tissue microarray blocks. An ideal solution for small laboratories, it can save reagent, slides and time for you. filters, including multi band filters.

Capacity
The TMa Master has 5 block capacity (1-4 recipient blocks and 1-4 donor blocks) which fits the need of smaller tissue microarray projects. Changing of blocks takes half a minute.

Versatility
The TMA Master can work with 4 core sizes (0.6, 1, 1.5, 2 mm). You get drill bits and puncher heads in all of the sizes with the system.

The control software lets you create your own TMA block maps. The donor block image is saved and barcode is read by the machine. You can also use digital slides for punching area designation.

Manual TMA Kit
If you work with tissue microarrays occasionally, the manual TMA kit can be great help. With that you can create standard TMA paraffin blocks.
