Chemistage CC-16mini
Chemistage CC-16mini is a compact and user-friendly image system equipped with an advance Peltier-cooled 16-bit CCD camera which is used to detect the weak signal generated by the luminal chemical reaction. It not only allows higher sensitivity, but also enhances a quiet operation. The small dark room with two position tray has provided a proper environment for capturing image. Upon capturing the image, Wealtec’s Dolphin 1D software serves as a best platform for data analysis and the features can provide various analyzing application such as band quantification, thus the combination offers a convenient way for image capturing and analysis. With 10 hours maximum exposure through 10 accumulations and automatic, incremental or one-shot manual exposures modes, users have the options to choose the best image for different exposure time through computer without the need to use the X-ray film.

Dolphin-Doc
Dolphin-Doc is a compact, all round image system with a sensitive CCD-camera for image capture of fluorescent as well as colorimetric samples including DNA/protein gels and microtiter plates. The image system has a fully openable door and a slide-out frame UV-transilluminator, which makes it extremely user-friendly. For colorimetric samples, Doplhin-Doc has built-in epi-white light and optional UV/White-light converter plate. Image capture ana analysis is controlled and operated by powerful Doplhin-1D image system software.

Dolphin-View (USB version)
Dolphin-View image system is a recently updated stand-alone documentation system, ideal for fluorescent or colorimetric samples, e.g. DNA or protein gels. The compact space saving darkroom is equipped with a sensitive CCD-camera and a 312 nm UV-transilluminator on a slide-out frame wich makes sample handling extremely convenient. Images captured with the CCD-camera are directly displayed on a large LCD monitor. The built in software that controls image capture and image save/load and delete functions, is managed directly by an on-screen touch panel. For further processing and analysis of captured images, data can be conveniently transferred via USB to a PC. Wealtec offers a range of external thermal printers that can be directly connected to the image system and provide named, timed and dated printouts of captured images. Given its size, sensitivity, user-friendliness and rapid generation of data, Dolphin-View is a the perfect image system for everyday laboratory image documentation needs.

Dolphin-View II

It is equipped with standard Epi-White LED light illumination instead of traditional fluorescence light, and upgradable to Epi-Blue/Green LED and UV/White illumination for multiple usage.

Dolphin-Scan
Wealtecs Doplhin-Scan dual bed scanner captures high resolution data with a great dynamic linear range. With transmission or reflective modes, image documentation of transparent (e.g. coomassie blue or silver stained gels or x-ray films) as well as opaque (e.g. colorimetric stained western blot membranes) samples are possible. A scanning area of 203 x 254 mm for transparent area and 216 x 254 mm for reflective, enables for scanning of large samples e.g. large 2D gels. Operated by Dolphin-1D software, Dolphin-Scan becomes the perfect life science documentation system for colorimetric samples.

Dolphin-1D software
Dolphin-1D is a powerful analysis software compatible with the Dolphin-series of image systems and scanners. Besides general image enhancements such as background subtraction and image filtering, all being easily traceble, Dolphin-1D has four major analysis functions; 1-D gel molecular weight/mass determination, microtiter plate analysis, spot density calculation and colony counting. Captured image window integrated with the analysis features, easy to follow functions and an easily accessible quick-guide makes Doplhin-1D image system analysis software extremely user-friendly.
