The Polygon1000-DI illuminators are ideal for imaging facilities and laboratories and designed for seamless integration offering dual optical input, allowing effortless switching between high-power laser and LED sources. It is the Polygon of choice for applications such as optogenetics for neuroscience and cell biology, in vivo optogenetics, cortex-wide optogenetics, photoactivation and photoconversion.
Whether the Polygon is used for high-power applications in combination with a laser source, or for other Photostimulation applications in combination with LED light sources, the Polygon1000-DI has dual optical input to accommodate all possible scenarios. It offers lightguide-coupled wavelengths of 350-1000nm or fiber-coupled wavelengths of 400nm-1000nm.
