GreatEyes LOTTE-s for Spectroscopy

GreatEyes is proud to introduce LOTTE for Spectroscopy, a high-resolution in-vacuum CCD camera designed for cutting-edge EUV, VUV, and X-ray research. With resolutions up to 16.8 megapixels, LOTTE-s delivers unparalleled imaging performance for demanding low-light scientific applications.
LOTTE cameras can be submerged, operated, and positioned freely inside vacuum chambers, offering researchers ultimate flexibility in experimental setups. Equipped with scientific-grade back-illuminated CCD sensors and an advanced cooling system capable of achieving temperatures as low as -100 °C, LOTTE ensures ultra-low noise detection even in the most challenging conditions. Driven by a true 18-bit electronic platform, LOTTE combines precision, high dynamic range, and low-noise performance for reliable data acquisition. Its innovative encapsulated stainless-steel housing guarantees extremely low outgassing, making it fully compatible with ultra-high vacuum environments.
This versatile camera is ideally suited for a wide range of scientific spectroscopy applications, including soft X-ray spectroscopy, plasma emission spectroscopy, high harmonic generation spectroscopy, NEXAFS spectroscopy, and resonant inelastic X-ray scattering. Additional user-friendly features enhance workflow efficiency and provide real added value, making LOTTE also a complete solution for industries in photonics and laser research, defect inspection manufacturing (such as solar cell and wafer inspection) physics, quantum science and analytical/environmental chemistry.
